Has achieved many of the things she once wanted and still thinks, “Why do I feel like this?”
Is tired of being told to optimize, improve, push through, or become a better version of herself
Keeps asking, “Is this it?” but doesn’t necessarily want to burn her whole life down
Has goals that no longer fit the woman she’s become or becoming
Wants room to think without having to explain or defend every desire
Is ready to pay attention to the part of her life she keeps minimizing
Wants a meaningful next chapter, even if she can’t fully describe it yet
You aren’t broken and I promise you aren’t behind. Maybe you’re in that uncomfortable space between the life you’ve built and the life that’s asking to be built next. Some part of you knows the old way doesn’t fit anymore, even if you can’t quite name what does. That doesn’t mean you’re lost. It may mean you’re finally paying attention.

Most of us were given a familiar set of instructions:
Work hard. Be responsible. Keep going. Make something of yourself. Take care of everyone. Do not ask for too much. Be grateful for what you have.
You followed the instructions. Then you arrived at the life that was promised would make you feel fulfilled, and something inside you said, “This can’t be all there is.”
That feeling doesn’t mean you’re ungrateful. And it 100% sure as hell doesn’t mean you failed. It most likely means the version of success you were taught to want is no longer enough to hold the woman you are now.
Less Hustle More Meaning™️ begins there.
Less Hustle. More Meaning is an experience platform and community for midlife women who want to live differently, but don’t want another person handing them a life plan with their name on it. Inside, you will find conversations, resources, guided Experiences, reflections, and support designed to help you:
Notice what matters now
Look at your situation differently
Get honest about what no longer fits
Give yourself permission to want what you want
Take one meaningful action in your actual life
Come back when a new question, challenge, opportunity, or crossroads shows up

This isn’t another program asking you to keep up with a calendar full of content you’ll feel guilty for not consuming.
You don’t have to perform personal growth, post constantly, or pretend you’ve got it all figured out. Nobody’s handing out gold stars for being the busiest person in the community.
The work can be quiet. The next step can be small. It still counts, especially when it changes how you live outside the app.
You’ll explore a meaningful theme through prompts, videos, and reflections that connect to the life you’re actually living.
Monthly Conversations
You’ll explore a meaningful theme through prompts, videos, and reflections that connect to the life you’re actually living.
Companion Resources
Reach for an audio, exercise, or fresh perspective when a particular question or situation needs your attention.
Guided Experiences
Work through a specific problem, desire, or transition with a clear path from reflection to action. You won’t have to wander around wondering what you’re supposed to do next.
Meaningful Actions
Turn the information you’re learning into something you can actually do, not another list of ideas to save, admire, and never revisit.
A room of women where you don’t have to perform belonging
Some days, you may want to ask a question. Other days, you may want to listen, think, and let something land before you say a word.
You don’t have to be the loudest person in the room, explain your entire life, or turn your growth into a performance. Come as you are, share and participate in the way that works for you, and take what’s useful back into your real life.
We aren’t just here to collect more content or prove you’re doing the work. It’s to recognize what’s true, see yourself more clearly, and take the next step when you’re ready.
What truly matters is that you have a place to recognize what is true, hear how other women are seeing their own lives, and carry one meaningful next step back into yours.
You get to participate in the way that serves you, and you do not have to do it alone.

It’s okay for us to begin without knowing the exact steps you need to take next. This is the beauty of exploration and getting back to you. Honestly, that’s usually where the interesting stuff begins.
Exploration isn’t failure.
It’s how you find your way back to yourself when the old map doesn’t make sense anymore.
The answers may not arrive all at once, and that’s okay.
We’re not turning this into a problem you have to solve like a Rubik’s Cube.
Instead, we’re going to notice what’s happening inside you, treat it as information, and stop arguing with the parts of you that have been trying to get your attention. The first step isn’t a perfect plan.
It’s permission to tell yourself the truth.

I am Kathy Wilson, an Experience Architect, author, and former college and professional athlete.
For 21 years, I helped high-achieving and C-suite women thrive on their own terms. Then I lost the things I thought defined me and had to rebuild from the ground up.
What I learned in that rebuilding became the work I now offer women who have followed the script and are ready to decide what comes next for themselves.
I do not believe you need to be fixed. I do not believe there is one correct way to create a meaningful life. I believe you deserve the space to ask what is true for you and the support to act on what you discover.
The problem was never you. You were living inside a script you did not write.
I want you to be the first to know, so leave your info and I'll let you know when registration opens.
Your inbox will not become another place where you are expected to keep up. You will receive thoughtful updates about More Meaning and occasional resources to help you consider what comes next.
